Two Sunsets Hotel's location at 50 N. Main has a rich history. According to the city, "The original building at this site was Pendleton Blacksmith Shop. Under new ownership, Bergin Garage repaired cars there until it burned down. In a new building, Hunt Chevrolet Dealership sold and serviced cars in the 1930s. In the mid 1940s the Hunts built a new two story brick structure with apartment housing in the second floor and their Chevrolet dealership below. This building later became the Hwy 89 Lodge. The covered garage area housed a bowling alley for several years in the 1960s, which was replaced by a sewing factory." The building then became the Historic Panguitch Inn, and now the present day, refurbished Two Sunsets Hotel.
