LODGING POLICIES
Two Sunsets Hotel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation to be eligible to recieve a refund for your booking.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
If you book 5 rooms or more to recieve a full refund you must cancel 1 month before check in date. If you cancel between 1 month and 1 week before check in date you will recieve a 50% refund. 1 week to day of check in you will recieve no refund.
If you book direclty through us staying only 1 night we do charge whole amount at time of booking. If staying more then one night we charge only the first night at time of booking and charge the rest on arrival for reservation.
If you book through pay an online booking site and request pay at hotel, some booking sites send us the reservation incorrectly and are charged for first night of stay. If you are charged and need a refund please call us. If it is an issue the amount will just go toward the payment of your stay.
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Letting us know your arrival time day of is always greatly appreciated!
If you need the use of an Electric Vehicle Charging station during your stay please notify the front desk.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
No Pets are allowed at the property.
